Cancellation policy AND payment method weekly charter
- To reserve the boat, we will need 50% of the full payment in advance to guarantee the reservation.
- The balance will be due one month before the charter service.
- We will not consider the reservation confirmed in absence of the balance 30 days before the start of the charter service.
- Up to 30 days before the charter we charge a 50% cancellation fee.
- From 29 days before the charter a cancellation penalty of 100% will be applied.
Cancellation policy AND payment method daily charter
- To reserve the boat, we will need 50% of the full payment in advance to guarantee the reservation.
- The balance will be due the day of charter service.
- We will not consider the reservation confirmed in absence of the 50% half payment in advance.
Regarding the daily charter cancellation policy please consider what follows:
- Up to 30 days before the charter date: No penalty.
- From 29 to 16 days before the charter date: 50% penalty.
- From 15 days before the charter date: 100% penalty.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or sea conditions (waves exceeding 1.8 meters), the Company will notify the Client and mutually agree on an alternative date for the charter. If rescheduling is not possible, the full amount paid will be retained as a credit, with no expiration date, and may be used in the future by the Client, their relatives, or friends.
Alternatively, by paying an additional 4.5% of the charter fee + VAT at the time of booking, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of the full charter fee, with the exception of the 4.5% weather protection premium, in the event of adverse weather or sea conditions.
Dogs on board
With advance notification, certain vessels might permit dogs on board. Owners will be liable for any damages incurred.
